  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • BBQ sauce for glazing

Preparation method:

  • Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  • In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create the dry rub.
  • Generously coat both sides of the ribs with the dry rub, pressing it into the meat.
  • Grill the ribs bone-side down for approximately 2 hours, or until the meat pulls away from the bone easily.
  • During the last 10 minutes of grilling, brush the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce for a glossy glaze.
  • Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Serve the ribs with additional BBQ sauce on the side and enjoy.

Tips :

Basting with Mop Sauce: Create a flavorful mop sauce by combining ingredients like apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and spices. Baste the ribs with the sauce periodically during the cooking process to keep them moist and add an extra layer of flavor.

5.2. Experimenting with Different Wood Chips: Wood chips, such as hickory, apple, or mesquite, can add unique flavors to your ribs. Try experimenting with different combinations to find your favorite smoky profile.
