Ingredients:

Besan -500 gm

Rice flour – 500 gm

Yellow food colour – pinch

Garlic – 10 gm

Curry leaves -10gm

Chill powder -10gm

Jeera powder – 10 gm

Oil – deep fry

Yogurt

Preparation :

1.In a mixing bowl add Besan, Rice flour, yellow food colour & make a batter

2.Fry Some crushed Garlic & Curry leaves.

3.pour the batter Through a perforated Laddle & Fry it.

4.Toss it with Fried Garlic, curry leaves, chilli powder, Jeera powder, & Have it…

5. Finally add in a yogurt..
