Carrot halwa, also known as gajar ka halwa, is a popular Indian dessert made with grated carrots, milk, sugar, and ghee (clarified butter). Colour – Pearl, Peacher Colour

Garnish – Dry Fruits

Ingredients

CARROT – 3 PCS

GHEE – 20ML

MILK- 250ML

KHOWA – 20GM

SUGAR – 60GM

CARDAMON POWDER – 2GM

DRY FRUITS- 20 GM

 

Preparation….

1.In a pan add some ghee and roast the dry fruits & remove them

2.Now Saute Grated Carrot until Soft

3.Add the Milk Along With the Cardamon Powder

4.After it Thickness add the Sugar and Mix well along with Khowa

5.Top with the roasted dry fruits and serve warm or cold…
