Chicken Alfredo Recipe

chicken breasts that are skinless and without bones, cut into strips or bite-sized chunks.

Any type of pasta, such as fettuccine, is acceptable.

Whipping cream or heavy cream

grated parmesan cheese

minced garlic

Almond oil

Add salt and pepper to taste garnishing with fresh parsley

Preparation method:

1.Pasta should be cooked as directed on the package until it is al dente. Drain, then set apart.

2.Melt some olive oil in a sizable skillet over medium-high heat. Sliced chicken should be added and cooked thoroughly until no longer pink. To taste, add salt and pepper to the food. The chicken should be taken out of the skillet and put aside.

3.Butter should be melted over medium heat in the same skillet. When aromatic, add the minced garlic and sauté for one minute.

4.While stirring continually, turn the heat down to low and add the heavy cream to the skillet. Put it on a low simmer.

5.Gradually mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, adding more as needed, until it melts and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

6.Re-add the cooked chicken to the skillet and give it a quick stir so the Alfredo sauce can coat the meat.

7.When the pasta is thoroughly coated with the sauce and chicken, add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and gently toss everything together.

8.If necessary, taste and adjust the seasoning.

9.If desired, garnish with fresh parsley.
