Ingredients!

  • 500 grams boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed or finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder (you can adjust the amount based on your spice preference)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust based on your spice tolerance)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Preparation method!

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and cook until they turn golden brown.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
