Ingredients

Oil – 20ml

Onion – 40 gm

Garlic – 5 gm

Kanchampuli Vinegar

Chill powder  10 gm

Powder – Coriander seeds, pepper, jeera, mustard seeds, cloves, Cardamon, cinnamon

Preparation:

1.Make the powder of a given ingredients & and marinate the Chicken.

2.Fry the Chicken in oil.

3.In a pan, add oil, chopped onions, garlic, along with chill powder.

4.Add the Fried Chicken along with kanchampali Vinegar & adjust consistency.
