Ingredients

Flour-250gm

Sugar-pinch

Salt-pinch

Yeast- 6gm

Egg -1pc

Warm Milk-120 ml

Gluten – 2gm

Butter – 20gm

Cake Margarine -150 gm

Preparation..

1.Take a vessel add flour, Sugar, yeast, Egg & Warm milk., Gelatine, Butter.

2.Make a dough by Kneading it all together.

3.Then do the Layering by making a Rectangle of the dough.

4.Apply the Cake margine 50 gm, on the Rectangle & Fold it.

5. Then Again Round it with the help of Roller pin & again.

6.Make it a Rectangle apply fat on it.

7.Same process repeat one more time. Than Book Fold the dough. Then Give any Shape with Suitable filling. And fill Bake at 280°c for 15 – 18 mins..

8. Danish pastry is ready to Eat….
