Hyderabadi children biryani is a Popular and flavorful dish in the city of Hyderabad. It also influenced by Mughals. In these we use Some Rich Aroma, Tender Chicken and Basmati Rice.

Preparation time-45 min..

  1. Colour – Light Brown


1 kg – Tender chicken.

1 Kg – Basmati Rice.

500 gm -Curd.

3-Ltr water.

4-tbsp Red Chill powder.

2-tbsp Ginger garlic paste.

Salt – sufficient

2- lemons

1- bunch Coriander leaves. 

1-mint leaves.

4-Green chills.

Fried Onions


Whole Spices- 2gm-saunf, 1inch cinnamon, 2-cardomom, 4-cloves, 1-starane , 2-bayleaf,



Chicken marinated


1.Take a vessel add Tender Cut chicken. Wash the chicken throughly

2.And Red chill powder, salt, fried onions, mix them well.

3.Next add Ginger garlic paste, Dhania powder, Aroma spices powder, curd, slice Green chilles Marinate Well

Rice Boiling…

1.Take a vessel add the Basmati Rice in a vessel. Wash the Rice throughly..

2.Add 3 ltr water in a vessel. Add whole spices, oil, salt and boil the Rice..

3.Cook the Rice 75% and put off the Stove…


1.Add the Rice in a later..

2.Add Fried Onions, Mint Leaves and Coriander leaves in a Later. Close the top tightly and keep it with silver paper.

3.Cook the Rice of 10 mins. In a medium flame..

4.Take the chapati pan, keep it on the stove, keep the Rice in the top of pan. Keep it for Dum 15 mins..
